Warwick Saleroom
We hold free walk-in valuations at our Warwick saleroom every Monday to Friday 10am-4pm (excluding bank holidays) where our team of specialists are available. An appointment is advised, but not necessary. The address is Wedgnock House, Wedgnock Lane, Warwick, CV34 5AP.

Home visits
For larger collections we can visit you. Contact us to make an appointment for a valuer to visit your home. Please provide your details and an overview of what you would like us to look at via our contact form or email.
Private Collections & Estates
Private collections and estate sales are dealt with by our Senior Directors, who have significant experience and knowledge that will ensure a successful sale. They oversee the whole process, from an initial visit and discussion, through careful research and valuations, to marketing and sale.

House Clearances
We are able to process house clearances quickly and efficiently. Our specialists will thoroughly check through items and if items would be better sold in one of our catalogued sales it will be retained for inclusion in the relevant specialist sale.
Commission
We will charge you a vendor’s commission on the sale of the Goods calculated as a percentage of the hammer price. This is a straightforward 20% (including VAT). There is an additional lot fee of £3 plus VAT per lot. These fees include insurance and storage.
On the occasions where electrical goods need to be safety checked by an electrician there will be a minimum charge of £7 per item.
Collection Service
Items of reasonable size can be collected by one of our team of experts during a valuation visit or at another pre-arranged time. For large items and collections where additional labour is required this may incur a charge.
Payments
We endeavour to make payment of net sale proceeds to the vendor between 21 and 30 days after the sale.
